Analysis of Vegetables Demand by “Warteg” Restaurants in Bandar Lampung City

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the demand pattern vegetables (water spinach, cassava leaves, eggplant) factors that affected by warteg restaurants in Bandar Lampung City. location was determined purposely (purposive method). number respondents were 50 restaurants, taken proportional random sampling methods. Data collected from December 2020 February 2021, interview techniques. data analyzed using descriptive analysis methods multiple regression models. results showed average restaurant amount 8,5 kg spinach water per week, 7,9 leaves week 3 eggplant week. purchase frequency 3,58 time for water, 3,08 1,26 eggplant. types menu stir-fried curry vegetables, sauce. owner usually buy at traditional market. Furthermore, which affect are price eggplant, tempe, egg, chicken meat, menu, income dishes.
